Hospitality without barriers – weekend transport for Guests of Zamek Janów Podlaski

No problem! At Zamek Janów Podlaski, hospitality begins even before you enter the reception – actually, even earlier, at the train station.
With travelers using public transport in mind, we have launched the special program “Hospitality Without Barriers,” which allows comfortable access to the Castle even without your own car.
What do we offer?
For guests booking a weekend stay (Friday–Sunday), we offer transport from Biała Podlaska Railway Station to Zamek Janów Podlaski Hotel and back:
- We will pick you up on Friday from Biała Podlaska Railway Station (between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM),
- We will take you back on Sunday to the train (between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM),
- All this in comfortable conditions – stress-free and directly at the hotel door.
Who is this program for?
The program is designed for:
- Guests using public transportation,
- The elderly and individuals with disabilities, who often face travel barriers,
- Everyone who values convenience and safety when traveling without a car.
Cost of transport service:
- Adults: 20 PLN / person / one way
- Children 5–12 years old: 10 PLN / person / one way
- Children up to 4 years old and persons with disabilities: free of charge
- Adults aged 60 and over: free of charge
Conditions for use
To use the transport, you need to:
- Book a weekend stay (Friday–Sunday) starting from October 31, 2025.
- Purchase a train ticket to Biała Podlaska Main Station (arrival Friday 5:00 PM–7:00 PM / departure Sunday 10:00 AM–1:00 PM),
- Notify your intention to use the transport at least 24 hours before arrival – by phone or email:

Additional information:
- Transportation is conducted with a van for up to 8 people, adapted for persons with disabilities.
- The driver waits for guests at the designated place: from Rondo Romana Dmowskiego street side, at the taxi stand.
- In case of train delay – don't worry, the driver will wait.
The program is valid during the period:
From October 31, 2025 to May 1, 2026.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and dates of the program.
