Dry / Finnish Sauna in the climate of Canadian fir panels at temperatures up to 100 degrees. The heat of the sauna positively affects our body.
Steam Bath in the atmosphere of gentle low-temperature steam bath, we relax improving our well-being. Thanks to high humidity, it improves blood circulation, and our skin becomes soft and smooth.
Aromatic Bath is a low-temperature bath in dense water steam. Thanks to the use of high-quality eucalyptus aroma, our experience is enhanced, intensifying the feeling of relaxation and respiratory tract openness.
Infrared sauna with Himalayan salt – gentle infrared heat relaxes muscles and supports the circulatory system, while Himalayan salt purifies the air and has anti-stress effects.
Carbon infrared sauna – the emitters heat the body from the inside, improving circulation and accelerating recovery after effort, providing long-lasting comfort.
Relaxation room with a salt wall, which creates a special microclimate and has healing properties.

Sauna rituals

During the autumn and winter season, we invite you to unique sauna rituals that take place every Thursday and Saturday. These are short, intense sessions led by a sauna master, using natural essential oils, birch whisks, and scrubs. Each session lasts up to 15 minutes and is a harmonious combination of aromatherapy, fanning techniques, and elements of relaxation and regeneration. Participating in the rituals is not only a way to deeply relax but also an effective form of detoxification and mood improvement.
