Masztalerz Restaurant

Inspired by the famous Janów Podlaski Stud Farm and – naturally – culinary experiences... “Masztalerz,” meaning the person who takes care of horses at the stud farm. “Masz talerz” translates to an invitation to taste the flavors served on the plates.

MASZTALERZ is a place deeply rooted in the spirit of the region, the history of the Castle, and the philosophy of the ARCHE Group, which “combines contradictions, trusts everyone, changes itself.” On the plates, you will find local flavors presented in a new, sometimes surprising form, but always respecting seasonality and nature's harvest.

The combination of international cuisine with flavors inspired by local tradition allows you to enjoy the latest trends from the culinary map of the world and rediscover dishes from regional cuisine.

Smoked tartare, broth with poured noodles, kartacze with game meat, vegetarian cabbage rolls with groats – simple dishes that surprise with their boldness and richness of flavors and aromas, made from the gifts of the forests, fields, and orchards of Podlasie. Seasonal products and carefully selected yields from the Podlaskie land, supplied by local producers, guarantee freshness and quality of the prepared dishes.

The range of international and traditional dishes is complemented by a selection of fine wines.

• Sunday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Friday - Saturday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Important: To comfortably accommodate all Guests in our Restaurant, we invite you to make table reservations. Due to high occupancy on weekends, an advance table reservation is required on Saturdays and Sundays.
